Our Pilates teachers are highly trained, fully educated, authentic Pilates teachers.  

We hire teachers who have completed a comprehensive Pilates course which includes a practicum before graduating.  Observation, student teaching and movement hours are required for all reputable programs.  The least amount of training required to be one of our Pilates teachers is 450 hours.  We do hire teachers who are nearing the end of their comprehensive program only if they meet our standards.  From Romana to Lolita to Balance Body and Basi ~ our experience is vast, varied and we all agree on movement with integrity to get you where you want to be, safely.
