At Pure Body Studio, we are a community dedicated to wellness and the promotion of classical Pilates. Our comprehensively certified instructors provide a warm, supportive environment for your journey to better health, and are capable of teaching clients of all fitness levels.

Pilates is a holistic fitness method that enhances core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through the use of mats and different apparatus. It restores posture, alleviates aches and pains, and reduces injury.

Our studio offers three unique, dedicated spaces for group classes as well as individual sessions.


The MAT STUDIO holds classes that train the body to function more efficiently through specifically designed exercises performed on the mat and chair.

In our REFORMER STUDIO, springs are utilized for resistance-based movements that support the body and provide a dynamic, low-impact workout.

In the TRX Studio, we use springs and suspension straps to leverage body weight to provide versatile strength and stability workouts.
