Mat I & Mat II - including the Return to Life 34 exercises, the ‘extra’s’ like the ab series and mermaid, magic circle, hand weights, breath and pre-Pilates.
Apparatus & Reformer span six modules - they include cadillac, wunda chair, high chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, reformer, jump board, and ped-o-pul.
You probably want to a) know how to teach when you’re done and b) work in any setting with any equipment. We teach our students on both classical (Gratz and Pilates Designs) and contemporary (Balanced Body) equipment so our graduates are ready for nearly anything.
