Pilates for Men

In this debut Pilates for Men class, Heather Erdmann will bring the guys through a rigorous Pilates workout on the mat.  This class will be the perfect blend of strength building, body conditioning, and mobility practice.   

**Shout out to the Pure Men who already come to Pure - we are so glad you are here and hope to see you at this special event too.

The class will be at a time when we'll have the whole mat room to ourselves.  The primary gender will be male, the playlist will skew masculine and the focus will be on the exact things those who show up will need.
