Pure Body Studio develops healthy bodies using evidence based Pilates. Pure provides our community with authentic Pilates that will restore balance, function and beauty to bodies of all ages and fitness levels. We believe in the quality and integrity of the Pilates method of movement. Our small class to teacher ratios ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve and need.
Our mission for you is to work towards the successful performance of the Movement Principals of Pilates: Whole Body Movement, Breathing, Balanced Muscle Development, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision and Rhythm.
